Always provide as much detail as you possibly can when contacting any department. Customer Service will typically handle most billing and registration type of issues. This being said, if you are contacting customer service to ask about an upgraded registration, please make sure that you have first attempted to recover your registration yourself (**A1).
When you purchase XP Repair Pro 2007, your registration key will typically work for any update released within the next 6 months, never less than. So if your registration key isn't working, think about when it was and that information is good to include. If you purchased Lifetime Upgrades, you may need to regenerate your key, for free, in order to upgrade to 2007. Refer to the (**A1) link below to do this.
If you no longer have access to the email address that you used when signing up (Order ID), you will need to contact customer service, and include your old email address, the original email address on the invoice. If you do not know that, please provide your Last name, first name and the last 6 digits of the credit card used to purchase.
Please do not contact customer service and simply say, "it doesn't work." This tells us absolutely nothing about the problem you are experiencing. If you are running the latest version (**A2) and you are using the registration key we have in our database (**A1) then I can assure you that the key will work, if typed properly. If it is not working, it is typically typed incorrectly, or the wrong key is being used entirely and (**A1) will resolve your problem.
**A1 - Refer to the following kb article to discover how you can always retrieve your registration key for the latest version you are subscribed to. **A2 - http://www.xprepairpro.com/download.php
