Version 3.5.2 has new changes that make it easier for us to track down programs that may cause abnormal behavior with ours. It is rare, but given the numerous amounts of programs and millions of different computer scenarious out there, you may have run across a program that seems to act strange after running a repair with our program.

Don't fear, there are two backups created. The first step is to reboot the computer after a repair operation. When the computer is ready to use, feel free to use the computer as normal, if you notice a program acting strange, the first thing you should do is to load XP Repair Pro 2007. Click on the System Backups tab on the left side. You will see a listing of items with dates and times. Find the item in the list that is the most recent item, or closest to when you performed the last repair operation.

Highlight this backup and click "Restore Selected". Reboot the computer when it is complete. Run another scan now with XP Repair Pro 2007, but do not repair. After the scan is complete, click on the "View and Ignore Errors" tab at the top. At the bottom of this window, find the button that says "Viewing Errors". Click this and then click the button that says "Generate Error Report". Save this file somewhere easy to remember (such as your desktop) and then send our support team this file as an attachment. In the email to support, please include the program that was affected, and the symptoms you had after the repair. We can quickly resolve the problem by telling you which item to ignore. We will then work on finding a solution to the error and work it into the next update.

If you have any questions, please contact technical support, and not customer service and describe your issue. Thank you.
