Here are a few ideas to keep in mind when submitting a trouble ticket. Customer Service: Customer Service is typically for registered users. Customer Service handles ALL REGISTRATION ISSUES, unless they assign your ticket to support or specify otherwise. Customer Service handles all questions and concerns you may have about your bill as well as issuing refunds. Basically, anything other than registering your product that does not include a problem you are experiencing with the software should be directed toward customer service.
Pre-Sales Billing: If you are not yet a registered user and have questions or problems about placing an order, please use this destination. You should only use this destination if you are NOT currently a registered customer.
Technical Support: If you are experiencing a problem with either the Trial or Registered version than you should contact technical support. You do not have to be a registered user in order to discuss your issue with our support.
Affiliate Support: This section is strictly for affiliates who are already promoting , or are interested in promoting our products. Any questions, concerns you may have in regards to affiliate requests should be made here.
Administration: The administration does not handle any form of billing or technical support issues. The administrators typically would handle concerns you may have about our company or our employees. If you have marketing questions other than those of a typical affiliate, you can use this destination as well.
