How do I upgrade my account registration to Version 4.0?

Sometimes you might download and install a new major version of XP Repair Pro and your registration key does not work.  For example, this will happen if you go from version 2007, to the latest 4.0 (2008) release.

  By following these steps: 

       If you purchased the lifetime upgrades package, all of your upgrades are free. 
 

       If you purchased the Extended Upgrades, you receive two "Major" upgrades for free after your original purchase. 
 
       If you did NOT purchase an upgrade package, you will receive an upgrade discount of 40% off the total cost.

  There are two different methods you could use to upgrade your account. 

     Method 1:

  1.  First, log-in to your Member Portal page. If you do not know your login information, you can recover your password as long as you have access to the same email used when you placed your order.  If you do not have access to this email, you will need to contact customer service to have your password reset.

  2.  When you are successfully logged in, you will see all of your invoices that you have purchased.  Beside each upgradable invoice, there is a link that will say "Upgrade to 4.0".  Click on this link and it will take you to the purchase page.  You should notice that a discount code has been entered onto the purchase page and a discount of 100% has been added to your order, making your cost $0.00.

  3.  Enter your contact information (First and Last Name).  At this point you will need to enter an email address that you want your new version to be registered to.  This does not have to be the original email address that you used for your prior version.  You should enter in the email address that you want to receive your registration key too. 

  4.  Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button at the bottom of the order page.  You will then be taken to the final page which will contain your new registration key and other important information.

  5.  Use the registration key you were given to register your copy of XP Repair Pro 4.0.


     Method 2:

  1.  If you cannot, or do not want to, log-in to your member portal, you can still upgrade your account very easily, as long as you know what your original eight (8) character Order Receipt was from your order.  When you placed your original order, your Order Receipt was sent to your email address that you used to make your purchase.  You can only use Method 2 if you know your original Order Receipt.

  2.  Once you have your order receipt, visit the purchase page.

  3.  Locate the "Discount Code" box and place a check next to it.  (See Image Below.)

  4.  Enter your Order Receipt in the Discount Code field.
