I purchased a license for version 4.0.

If you placed your order after May 2008, your license key will work on version 4.0 only and you should first make sure you that the version you are trying to register is version 4.
If you are entering the registration key into version 4.0 and it is still not being accepted, please follow these instructions to ensure you are typing the key correctly.

  1.  Any letter that resembles "0" will always be the number 0 (Zero).  The letter "O" (oh) is NEVER used in the registration key field.

  2.  Check to make sure there are no spaces in the Order ID field, and in the registration key field, not at the beginning, nor at the end.

  3.  Make sure you have 24 characters in the registration key field.

  4.  Be sure to use the same email address (Order ID) that you used when purchasing.

  5.  Starting with version 2007, you no longer need your Receipt for registration.

If you are sure you have followed these instructions correctly and it still does not accept your key, please contact our customer service.

I purchased a license for an earlier version of XP Repair Pro.

If you placed your order before May 2008 and just recently installed version 4.0, your registration key for your earlier version will not work, even if you purchased an upgrade package.   You will need to upgrade your registration key.

If you need to upgrade your registration key, please refer to this knowledgebase article.

Please refer to the rules below to see the most common mistakes when typing out the registration key.  If you are confident you have typed everything correctly, and have tried pasting the information, and followed the rules below, please contact our customer service.
